Every year we see countless advertisements of the same things, this new year lose weight, achieve your financial goals, exercise, and every year we promise we will do it and fail again. What is going on? We lack the discipline, or we aren’t convinced, or maybe there is something in our subconscious mind that blocks our achievement of being who we truly want to be and we tend to sabotage ourselves. In most cases this is the real reason, and behind self-sabotage there is a negative belief about ourselves we are unconscious of that we must change to reach our goals. Fortunately, there are ways to reach these unconscious images and modify them, but a lot of personal work is needed.
